系统网管岗位职责

System Manager/Webmaster系统管理员/网管 塞斯资本有限公司 塞斯资本有限公司,塞斯 Responsibility description:

1. Software and hardware technology support of all IT facilities, network system technology support and implementation and maintenance of group OA system;

2. Deposit and write of control system within department, purchase of IT equipment, allocation of usage, etc.

3. Attendance system, printing system, implementation and maintenance;

4. Deployment of weak current facilities, network telephone module, post-project and IT settings of network wiring in the new office area;

5. Computer room management and maintenance of weak current;

6. Desktop support and maintenance, cooperation and support of various meetings of the company;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in computer science;

Over 2 or 5 years of IT management experience in working company, excellent experience in pinning OA or pan-micro OA operation;

3. Work conscientiously and responsibly, good communication and expression skills.

职责描述:

1、集团所有IT设施的软硬件技术支持,网络系统技术支持以及集团OA系统的实施和维护;

2、部门内控制度的攒写、IT设备采购、领用调配等;

3、考勤系统、打印系统、实施与维护;

4、新办公区弱电设施、网络电话模块及后期工程、工位改造网络布线IT设置的部署;

5、机房管理、弱电的维护;

6、桌面支持与维护、公司各种会议配合支持;

7、完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求:

1、大专及以上学历,计算机相关专业;

2、5年以上工作公司IT管理经验,有钉钉OA或泛微OA操作经验极佳;

3、工作认真负责、良好的沟通表达能力。
