人事主管HR岗位职责

Sr. HR Officer人事主管 1. Be responsible for company training system establishment, including but not limited to training policy, training procedure and process establishment & optimization, training needs analysis, annual training plan set-up, training program design and implementation, training effectiveness evaluation for continual improvement etc.

2. Support on employee development plan set-up, track on employee development plan implementation timeliness and quality.

3. Be mainly involved in blue collar skill matrix and skill upgrading program design and implementation.

4. Assist with HR Manager on employee communication strategy set-up, in charge of employee communication implementation, optimize current employee communication channels and expand more useful communication channels, promote two-way communication and improve organization communication effectiveness, help line manager/supervisors improve communication skills etc.

5. Build positive employee relationships, provide HR consultancy for employees, conduct formal & informal communication with employees, employee complaint handling etc. In charge of relevant HR program & projects to improve employee relationship and engagement.

6. Be involved in optimization of company recruitment and staffing system, such as recruitment policy/procedure/process/channels review & optimization, review and establish recruitment standard and competency requirement for different positions etc.

7. Provide regular month-end HR report etc.

8. Perform other tasks and ad hoc projects/programs as assigned by HR Manager.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree majored in HR or equivalent discipline.

2. Around 5+ years progressive HR working experience, preferably with broad HR experience in multi-national manufacturing plant environment, with particular emphasis on training & development, employee communication & relationship, recruiting & staffing etc.

3. Experience with Lominger competency framework, competency analysis and identification, with hands on experience on competency based training & development program design and implementation, interview & selection etc.

4. Experience in training system establishment, training plan & training program design upon business needs, training program implementation & training effectiveness evaluation etc. Handled with blue collars’ skill matrix and skill upgrading program will be a strong plus.

5. Be familiar with labor law and local regulation.

6. Strong initiative and independency, strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.

7. Strong sense of accountability, result-driven and continual improvement.

8. High learning agility & logic thinking capability.

9. Good command of English (read, write and speak)
