Preferred Over 20 years working experience with 10+ software R&D and 10+ Software Engineering consulting
With experience of enterprise-level software R&D transformation and operating model design
Expertise at 2-3 below specific domains (software configuration, opensource component governance, testing automation, Code Quality / Security, requirement management)
With experience of at least 1 client software engineering experience, like CISCO/Nokia/IBM/HPE/MSStrong C-level convincing & coverage capability
