职位描述：

工作职责：

1、行业洞察和研究：洞察欧洲在流通履行、物流工程技术发展趋势、计划模式、供应网络规划设计先进经验，并善于利用先进技术、方法论和工具，输出可行性研究方案。

2、RDC的业务设计和应用：结合行业和技术洞察、以荷兰RDC为依托，把可行性研究方案转化成技术成果并在实践中应用和验证。从作业流程、IT系统、技术与工具等方面，识别业务能力差距，主导RDC业务设计及应用，规划供应网络，端到端集成打通计划流、订单信息交易流，适配业界最佳工具，建设自动化物流中心，实现实物流与信息流高效协同。

注：流通履行，即流通加工，包括Pick/pack、简易组装、整机囤货、拆箱，制单、装车预估等。

1)Industry insight and research: Gain insight into the leading experience and development trends of Europe in distribution fulfillment, logistics engineering technology, planning model, and supply network planning and design, and leverage cutting-edge technologies, methodologies, and tools to develop feasibility study proposals.

2)Business design and application of regional distribution centers (RDC): Based on industry and technology insights and the Netherlands RDC, convert the feasibility research proposals into technical achievements and apply and verify them in practice. Identify business capability gaps in terms of operational processes, IT systems, technologies, and tools, take the lead in RDC b

任职要求：

业务技能要求：

具有10年以上从事供应链领域计划模式设计/物流工程技术/供应网络规划相关研究和设计经验，具备成功实践与深厚专业能力，并在相应专业领域有一定影响力。（以下三个方向，擅长其一即可）

1、计划模式设计：熟悉不同产业的计划模式，擅长作业流程设计，IT系统设计，相关算法等；实现计划自适应性。

2、物流工程技术：在供应链实物流管理、模式创新、流通技术（如：机器人、人工智能、算法设计、模拟仿真等）等领域有成功实践与深厚专业能力，具备自动化物流中心建设集成落地实操经验。

3、供应网络规划设计：擅长全球供应网络规划或欧洲供应网络规划；具备供应网络模拟仿真优化和库存模拟仿真优化领域专业技能与成功实践；

专业知识要求：

1)了解物流工程、流通加工、仿真建模、延迟制造、精益物流等领域专业技术；

2)熟悉和掌握供应链各领域的专业理论知识（物流、计划、订单等）；

3)具备跨领域供应链业务背景，有较好的洞察能力，创新精神，跨部门沟通协调能力。
