Operating duty:

1. Be responsible for compiling all kinds of investment materials, including project feasibility analysis report, investment value analysis report, etc.

2. Organize the specific work of pre-project investigation, value analysis, due diligence, etc.

3. Participate in the design of M&A investment framework and contract negotiation;

4. Actively expand business and seek and screen suitable investment opportunities.

Conditions of service:

1. Major in Finance, Master's degree;

2. Have more than 10 years experience in M&A departments or PE funds of securities companies, or 10 years experience in M&A related finance or legal services of large accounting firms or law firms, understand M&A laws, regulations and M&A practices of listed companies, and have participated in more than 2 successful M&A exit cases;

3. Good at learning, strong writing and communication skills, team spirit and collaborative ability;

4. Strong sense of goals, like challenging work, resilience, can withstand greater work pressure, can often travel;

工作职责:

1.负责编制各类投资材料,包括项目可行性分析报告、投资价值分析报告等;

2.组织项目前期考察、价值分析、尽职调查等具体工作;

3.参与设计并购投资框架及合同谈判;

4.积极拓展业务,寻找和筛选适合的投资机会。

任职条件:

1.金融专业,硕士;

2.有10年以上的证券公司投行并购部门或PE基金从业经验,或有10年以上的大型会计师事务所或律师事务所从事兼并收购、PE投融资相关财务或法律服务工作经验,了解上市公司并购法律、法规和并购实务,参与过2个以上成功并购退出案例;

3.善于学习、具有较强的写作与沟通能力、团队精神及协作能力;

4.目标意识强,喜欢有挑战性的工作,有韧性,能承受较大工作压力,能经常出差;
