零部件协调员(订单) 恩格尔 恩格尔机械(上海)有限公司,恩格尔 岗位描述/职责
1. 负责零件的报价和订单流程及追踪
2. 向内部和外部客户提供零件的交货期,运输方式,预计到货时间及可预见的延迟
3. 协助仓库将正确的零件及时发送给客户
4. 根据客户的紧急需求,与采购和物流部门协调零件的最快交期;追踪未交付订单的状态及其他加急的需求
5. 协助财务部及时开具零件发票,纠正错误的开票信息
6. 提供原始单证,协助财务部及时收款
7. 完成上级委派的其他工作
Job Description
1. Responsible for sales quotation and customer order process and follow up;
2. Providing internal & external customers with parts lead time, shipment method, arrival time and any anticipated delay;
3. Coordinating with warehouse to arrange timely shipment with correct parts;
4. Coordinating with purchasing and logistic team to perform order expediting duties including follow-up on open orders and other necessary expediting request;
5. Coordinating with accounting staff to issue parts invoice and billing correction;
6. Providing original supporting documents to assist timely accounting receivable;
7. Undertake any other tasks as directed by Manager;
工作标准/目标
1. 大专以上学历;
2. 熟练运用电脑;
3. 机械背景,有注塑机方面知识的优先考虑;
4. 良好的合作意识与沟通能力;
5. 具有强烈的责任感和跟进意识;
6. 出色的英语能力(读写听说);
7. 有SAP系统经验者优先考虑;
8. 能够读懂技术图纸
Job Requirements
1. College graduated or above;
2. Good Microsoft skill of computers;
3. Technical background, knowledge of injection molding machine will be preferred;
4. Good cooperation and communication skill;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and good follow-up skill
6. Good English (written, reading and speaking)
7. Experience in SAP will be preferred
8. Able to read and understand technical drawings
