Primary Duties:
? Accountable for the overall sales performance including the achievement of revenue, profit and sales related expense budgets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
? Establishes appropriate short and long-term strategies to compete effectively in the current and future market, and drives execution of those strategies
? Builds collaborative relationships with key OEM accounts in China, leading to revenue generating, profitable alliances for Trimble
? Sets and manages realistic revenue forecasts.
? Delivers regular and accurate forecasts to the RDM
? Maintains close relationship and clear communication with machinery dealers on his territory
? Develops a productive network of distribution partners reaching the target customers and regions, delivering growing profitable revenues for Trimble and providing world-class service to end customers.
? Maintains strong end customer relations and satisfaction; proactively and diligently works to ensure customer problems are resolved quickly
? Regularly identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the market, specifically with competitors, and prioritizes market activities accordingly to generate high returns on resources deployed
? Proactively drives collection of information that aids in the development and improvement of products and services offerings and specific needs on his local market
? Inspires others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal
? Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management.
? Dedicated to improving results in working closely with local Sales Engineers
Characteristics / Skills:
? Strong Sales aptitude – has successfully sold products and services ideally in the Construction industry
