1.Identify new business opportunities (new market, new application, new solution, new technology, new business model), develop solid business case, engage the partners and internal stakeholders, and form and lead a project to carry out the business plan.
2. Evaluate potential new areas for business development, assess market potential, select targets for development activities, and define our value proposition.
3. Focus on key customers in targeted segments, build relationship and partnership, and ensure our positions well embedded into customers' value chain.
4. Develop and understand customers' requirements, business environment and strategy to generate higher revenues, accrued with increased customer satisfaction.
5. Work with sales team to drive value selling.
6. Work with outside companies to develop technical and business solutions for creation of new revenues.
7. Identify competition and competitive actions within the target markets, and communicate information to Product Marketing. Take actions to reinforce Domino's presence.
8. Help assessing and filtering of leads. Assess the viability of prospects and ensure clarity and qualification of opportunities.
- University graduate major in engineering, material science, packaging & printing, chemistry, business administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years sales or BD experience in industrial fields, preferably in Electronics.
- Well-seasoned selling skills in system or solution sales
- Good communication skills, persuasive, self-motivated, responsible, forward thinking, and task driven
- Good oral and written English skills
