资产管理岗(供应商管理与采购)
二、岗位职责
1、负责公司物控采购相关工作;
2、协助部门经理,制定、优化公司招投标制度和流程;
3、负责公司日常招投标项目的管理;
4、领导交办的其他工作。
三、任职要求
1、全日制大学本科及以上学历;
2、财经、法律、企业管理类专业;
3、2年以上采购、招投标相关工作经验;
4、具有较强的市场调研能力、谈判能力、人际沟通、协调能力、计划与执行能力;
5、取得中级会计师职称或其他相关财务类资格认证的优先考虑;
6、工作责任心强,具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作意识。

1. 主要负责资产评估项目,能独立组织完成评估项目的工作
2. 负责项目的限产勘查和调查
3. 负责起草评估报告,并能够达到规范要求,在经理指导下完成项目报告并达到规范要求
4. 胜任整体企业价值评估及各类无形资产评估工作
5. 能为项目团队其他成员提供技术和专业经验的帮助
6. 可以与团队其他成员有良好的团队协作能力
7. 收集与资产评估相关的行业资料,能妥善处理与客户、其他中介机构、项目组成员的关系
8. 能够进行公司内部各专业间的一般协作协调
9. 完成领导安排的其他工作
任职要求:
1. 财经、机械设备、土建类、工程造价、资产评估等相关专业,本科及以上学历
2. 中英文流利,具备CFA, CPV等估值相关执业资格者优先
3. 一到三年资产评估公司或相关工作经验,有大中型会计事务所工作经历优先考虑
4. 熟练操作计算机办公软件,熟练掌握最新审计、评估准则、企业会计准则及相关法律法规
5. 具有良好的人际沟通和协调能力、敬业精神、团队合作精神及良好的职业道德
6. 可以适应加班需求及出差需求
Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out business valuation assignments in different industries independently including site inspection, on-site data collection, market research and analysis, management interview, financial modelling and report writing
- To conduct site inspection, arrange work plan and time schedules
- To draft valuation report
- To conduct business valuation assignments and activities
- Able to communicate well with team members, colleagues, and clients
- Assist seniors with project pitch and proposal drafting
- Assist the growth and development of the valuation business in China; and
- Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in real estate, business, economics, finance, accounting
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English,CFA, CPV qualification or other related professional qualification such as ASA, RICS, CPA or other business valuation related designations is an advantage
- 1-3 years of experiences in business valuation, investment analysis, corporate finance, security pricing, audit with international accounting firms/consulting firms/investment banks/private equity firms/MNCs
- Excellent knowledge in financial modelling with Excel for discounted cash-flow analysis, pricing of derivatives and other financial instruments
- High initiative with good team work; and
- Domestic travel will be expected on assignments within the China
