7.Undertakelocalresearchonprospects/industrysectorsasdirectedbythebranchsalesleader/salesteam

8.Workwithnationalstrategy&marketingteamaswellaslocalsalesteamsinorganizinglocalmarketingevents

9.Takeandproducemeetingminutesofsalesmeetings

10.ProduceadhocPowerPointpresentationsasrequired

篇3:销售协调员(保时捷)岗位职责描述岗位要求

职位描述

1、协助销售部经理制定销售计划和库存计划,在销售数据和库存数据存在较大、非正常偏差时做出预警;

2、根据年、月销售计划和实际销售情况,协助销售部经理及时调整供需;

3、根据销售部计划和销售情况,协助销售部经理完成车辆订单计划;

4、负责日、月、年销售、库存状况的统计,汇总及分析,并将信息及时上报销售部经理并反馈给相关销售人员;

5、汇总、上传厂方需要的各项信息,并进行整理、统计和分析;

6、保管原始销售资料及凭证,建立月销售管理档案;

7、负责及时准确录入DMS系统,完成包括零售,申报等录入工作;

8、协助销售部经理,新车库管人员进行车辆的分配,调动。

职位要求

1、大专以上学历,具有良好的沟通协调能力;

2、具有汽车行业经验优先,具有销售行政岗位经验优先;

3、熟悉使用办公自动化软件;
