职位描述：
Responsibility?24x7全天候管理生产技术环境，确保网络基础设施组件的可用性，可靠性以及正常运行时间符合规定的服务水平。
?Managethe“live”technicalenvironmenton24x7basistoensuretheavailability,reliabilityanduptimeofthenetworkinfrastructurecomponentsmeetstheagreedservicelevels
?监测IT环境，检测，处理和/或升级异常情况。
?MonitortheenterpriseITenvironmenttodetect,addressand/orescalateexceptionconditions
?给数据中心运维，L1服务台和L2应用管理提供技术支持服务。Providetechnicalsupportservicestodatacenteroperations,L1helpdesk,andL2applicationsmanagement
?在要求的SLA或商定的目标日期内解决与基础设施相关的事件和请求。
?Resolveinfrastructure-relatedincidentsandrequestswithintherequiredSLAoragreedtargetdate
?启动和执行网络性能的调优，维护以及服务器和工作站的维护和补丁修补。
?Initiateandperformnetworkperformancetuningandmaintenance,aswellasserverandworkstationmaintenanceandpatching
?设计、规定和实施基础设施和网络组件以满足现有和未来的需求。确保服务的性能，容量和可用性达到或超过业务的当前以及未来的既定需求。
?Design,provisionandimplementationofInfrastructureandnetworkcomponentstoaddressexistingandfuturerequirements.Ensurethatthelevelofserviceperformance,capacityandavailabilitymatchesorexceedsthecurrentandfutureestablishedneedsofthebusiness
?系统上线周期间给L3团队提供支持。
?ProvidesupporttoL3teamwithprojectimplementationduringgo-liveweekend
?协助审核任何与基础设施相关的合同材料和建议书。确保所有项目都遵守长期的基础设施计划。
?Assistwiththereviewofanyinfrastructurerelatedcontractmaterialsandproposals.Ensurethatallprojectsadheretothelongtermplanforinfrastructure
?MBCL协助为MBCL提供网络相关的审计和灾备演练文档。AssistinprovidingnetworkrelatedauditandBCPdocumentsfor
?任何MBCL硬件和网络需要变更的，与MBTC基础设施团队做好协调。
?CoordinatewithMBTCinfrastructureteamforanychangesneededforMBCLhardwareandnetwork
?确保网络拓扑文件以及所有的硬件清单是最新的。
?Ensurenetworktopologydocumentisuptodate,aswellaslistofallhardwareforMBCL
任职资格
Qualification?3年以上的IT基础设施管理维护经验；
?3yearsaboveITinfrastructuremanagementandmaintainexperience
?熟悉各种操作系统，包括AIX/Linux/Windows/etc.；
?Befamiliarwithallsortofsystems,likeAIX/Linux/Windows/etc.
?熟悉微软应用，如SharePoint/Exchange/AD/etc.；
?BefamiliarwithMicrosoftapplications,suchasSharePoint/Exchange/AD/etc.
?熟悉常用数据库，如Oracle/SQLServer；
?Befamiliarwithdatabase,likeOracle/SQLServer
?熟悉常见中间件的配置管理，如MQ/WAS/etc；
?Befamiliarwithmiddlewaremanagement,likeMQ/WAS/etc
?了解银行业务流程和相关银行产品；
