螺纹磨床工安全职责
1工作前应仔细检查机床各部分运转是否正常,并开空车试转2~3分钟。
2更换砂轮时应仔细检查砂轮是否有裂纹.装夹砂轮时应注意保持夹紧力均匀且无松动.装好后应空车试转2~3分钟。
3进刀前必须保证桃形夹头与是拨盘拨杆靠牢,防止砂轮与螺纹啮合不好挤碎砂轮。
4开车前应将挡板挡好,并根据工件长短调整行程限位器位置。
5工作时不准站在砂轮旋转方向的正前方.检查工件,调整机床、更换齿轮均应停车后进行。
6扳手或手柄使用后必须取下或拉出来,以免随机床旋转飞出伤人。
