QA Engineer 质量保证工程师库尔兹压烫科技(合肥)有限公司库尔兹压烫科技(合肥)有限公司,库尔兹压烫 Main Tasks:

- Complaint handling of BAP products (mainly automotive)

- Communication with customers and sales departments for technical issues (foil properties, process issues)

- Internal communication with related departments (production, planning, customer service, etc.)

- Quality assurance (QA): Solving daily issues regarding optical and workability issues of BAP products

Responsibilities and task details:

- Understanding the foil production process of BAP products

- Supporting and coordination of quality issues for BAP products

- Self-organization and using 5S disciplines in quality field

- Evaluation of defect parts in the field of IMD and Insert molding

- Implementing efficient work flows for the daily quality procedures

- Communication with related departments about quality issues

- Continues improvement of quality and process parameters

- Discuss with colleagues in Chinese and English language

Qualification:

- Need to communicate in English (write and speak)

- Independent working attitude and communication

- Engineer or scientific university degree (or background in QA / IMD field)

- Curiosity in learning and understanding new processes
