System Requirements /系统要求:
-Create the System and Ensure full compliance to applicable EH&S system requirements for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 as applicable by the company /创建达到ISO 14001以及OHSAS 18001在EH&S领域的要求,并且确保此系统适用于全公司。
-Ensure all applicable MSDS’s required are obtained and properly maintained /确保达到使用的MSDS的要求并且进行恰当维护。
-Create, perform and deploy personnel EH&S training /创立,执行,并且部署人事EH&S培训工作。
-Other duty assigned by managers / 完成领导交办的其他工作。
Facility and Installations Protection /设备设施的防护:
-Manage internal and external personnel security system and access and control in coordination with HR departments /与公司人力资源部门合作,控制管理公司内部与外部人员门禁安保安全系统。
-Ensure facilities and installations meets the HS&E applicable requirements /确保公司的设施设备达到公司HS&E的可适用要求。
-Investigate risky/hazardous situations or events that may occur at the installations /调查公司所配备装置设施可能出现的风险或事故。
-Follow up to incidents and accidents within the facilities /跟踪公司内部事件事故的进展。
-Follow up lack of HS&E and related procedures follow up incidents /跟进HS&E的不足之处,跟踪事故的处理。
-Ensure compliance to finance and customs regulations about security /确保安全方面遵从财务以及海关规章制度。
-Control and follow up to fire detection and protection system /掌控与跟进火灾探测器与保护系统。
Industrial Security and Hygiene /工业安全与卫生:
-Create and coordinate Health and Safety commission and related activities /创立健康安全相关委员会,协调相关活动。
-Perform periodic audits to detect and correct unsafe conditions and acts /定期进行审计工作,检查并且纠正不安全行为以及不安全状态。
-Follow up to security programs looking to prevent accidents and work related diseases /跟进安全项目,预防事故以及工作可能引起的疾病。
-Attention to inspections and visits of government and other third parties related to EH&S /接待H&S领域相关的政府部门与其他第三方。
-Coordinate and control related studies, monitoring and risk analysis /整合与控制相关研究,监控与风险评估。
-Determine and ensure applicable PPE will be provided to all required personnel /确保合适的PPE提供给了所有被要求持有的人员。
-Verify and ensure compliance to legal and system requirements /核实,确保符合与法律及系统要求相统一。
-Coordinate emergency response (evacuation drills, first aid, etc.)/协调人员进行应急响应演习 (紧急撤离、急救,等)。
-Investigation of work incidents and accidents /调查工作中出现的事故。
Environment /环境:
-Verify compliance to legal environmental and follow up to requirements /确保遵循环境相关法律,跟进相关要求。
-Ensure adequate handling of hazardous and not hazardous residues /确保对危险或非危险残余物的充分处理。
-Coordinate and control over studies, monitoring and analysis of contaminants /整合以及控制对污染物的研究,监控以及分析。
-Obtain and maintain necessary permits related to EH&S to be able to operate /确保获取,维护EH&S相关的必要许可证,并确保其执行。
-Attentions to inspectors and visits of government and other third parties in environmental matter /关注政府部门以及其他第三方与环境相关的检查与参观。
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
A. Educational Qualifications /教育资格
-Bachelor degree from college or university in a related field /相关领域的大学学士学位证书。
B. Work Experience - Technical Knowledge /工作经历-专业知识
-At least 3 years of experience in aerospace industry or equivalent in similar position /至少拥有三年从事航空或者相关领域的工作。
-Certification of Environmental Management Systems ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001, etc. /熟悉ISO14001以及OHSAS 18001环境管理系统认证。
-Certified Internal Auditor on Management Systems /获得管理系统内部审计师认证。
-Fluent English speaking /英语口语流利。
C. Professional Skills /专业技能
-Project Management /曾担当项目经理。
-MS Office and planning tools proficiency /能熟练运用办公软件与设计工具。
-Manufacturing environment related skills and experience /具备与生产环境相关的技术与经验。
