-Prepareeconomic/propertymarket/financialmarketoutlookandtrackmegatrendforseniormanagementandboardmembers

-Supportseniormanagement’sstrategicinfluencingbypreparationofspeeches,presentationmaterialsandprovisionoftimely,accurateandrelevantmarketinformation.

-Regularlytouchbasewithconsultingfirms(i.e.McKinsey,PwC),consumergoodscompanies(i.e.IKEA,Nike),gradeAofficetenantstoobtainreports,consumerinsightstimely,andunderstandtheirworkingspacetrends.

-DeepdiveinChineseconsumers’behaviors,includingimpactoftechnologyonconsumerhabits,spendingpatterns,wayoflife,residentialrequirementsetc.CompareChineseanddevelopedcountries’consumersandidentifythepotentialcommontrendsanddifferences.Examinehowtoleveragetheseinsightstoallocateourresources,acquireland,designourresidentialorcommercialproductsandoperatetheminthefuture.

-Undertakepropertysectorresearchtosupportformulationofvisionplan.

-Contributetoweeklyinformationsharingmeetingtofacilitatecross-fertilizationofmarketnewsandknowledge,keepingdepartmentmembersabreastonmarketintelligence.

-Completeotherjobsassignedbysupervisor.

-Providetrainingororientationtodepartmentinternshipornewhirer.

JobRequirements:

-BachelordegreeorabovemajoringinEconomics,Businessstudiesorrelevantdiscipline;

-Relevantexperienceinretailandofficepropertyresearchandbusinessdevelopment;

-Experienceinmarketresearchandprojectfeasibilityanalysis;

-Proficiencyinwrittenandoralcommunication,bothinthedominantlanguage(s)oftheirparticularlocationandinEnglish;

-ProficientuserofWord,PowerPoint,Excelandrefinedknowledgeofcomputertools;

-Activesenseofbusinessawareness;

-Goodcommunication,planning/organization,inter-personalskills;

-Abilitytoworkunderpressureandmeettightdeadlines.

篇2:副总经济师安全职责

1协助副总经理对分管的计划安全负责并督促计划部门认真履行安全职责。承担分管工作的安全责任。

2认真贯彻执行国家有关安全施工的方针、政策、法令、法规和上级有关规定。

3检查和督促安全技术措施计划和劳动保护用品购置资金的落实。

4检查计划部门签订合同时是否落实了安全保证金的规定和财务部办理工程结算时是否对安全保证金作了正确处理。

5督促财务部门落实安全奖励基金并要求建帐专款管理。

篇3:总会计师总经济师的安全职责

1、协助公司领导落实“安全第一,预防为主”方针,从资金筹措、财务管理方面处理好安全与效益的关系,落实安全措施费用,保证安全生产工作的顺利进行。

2、参加全公司重大安全技术措施、更改工程项目的审定工作,负责提出资金费用的落实方案或建议。

3、教育经营部门的人员加强安全责任感,指导他们在保人身、保电网、保设备安全求效益方面做好工作。

4、根据公司领导的安排和工作需要,参加或主持安全经济分析活动,参加网、省公司组织的有关安全活动和事故调查的有关工作。

5、建立保险与安全生产相结合的机制,指导有关部门及时做好设备保险、人身保险及工伤抚恤工作;充分发挥安监部门在保险中的作用,做好事故损失的索赔工作,确保设备保险返回资金用到安全生产上。
