职位描述:
1.Leader to coordinate the planning, tasks, people, and information in all development phases. (Phase 0: Opportunity Evaluation & Quotation, Phase 1: Definition and Planning, Phase 2: Development, T1,T2 & T3, BAT. Phase 3: Product Realization Qualification & Industrialization, Phase 4: Production Ramp up, Phase 5: Close the project).
领导协调所有开发阶段的计划、任务、人员和信息 。(阶段0:机会评估&报价,阶段1:定义和规划; 阶段2:开发,T1,T2和T3,BAT; 阶段3: 产品实现资格&工业化; 阶段4:生产增加; 阶段5:关闭项目)。
2. Contact window with customer for all technical topics, planning, samples, modification, validation and information update during all Phases. (Phase 0 to 5)
All information between customer and project manager need to share with project team,development manager and R&D director.
在所有阶段与客户关于技术主题、计划、样本、修改、验证和信息更新进行联系。(0 - 5阶段)。

3 Coordinate the quotation phase and provide customer the solution in time. Analyze and clarify the information received from customer. Communicate with customer if additional information is needed. 协调报价阶段,并及时提供客户解决方案。分析和明确从客户处收到的信息。与客户沟通是否需要额外的信息。
4. Coordinate and manage tasks and planning. Work with designer, Tooling and Process engineer to prepare and define technical solution, including product, industrial process and possible machine and industrial peripheries. Identify the risks and define development planning with tasks to do from development phase 1-5.
Work with quotation Engineer to develop cost plan and send to local sales or company sister from Paris or New York.
The technical solution shall be sent to development manager and R&D director for approval before sending to customer and other functional teams.
Project manager is responsible for explaining all details of the solution to customer or company sister.
Project manager follows up the quotation until getting the final result.

5 Responsible for coordinating and manage activities, person, machine, action, modification, validation, training, supplier in all phases (1-5).
Ensure project progresses on schedule, comply with customer expectation and the budget defined in Phase 0.
负责在所有阶段(1 - 5)中协调和管理活动,人,机,行动,修改、验证、培训、供应商。

6 Organize and coordinate meetings before and after each submission. Action plan shall be generated based on the review result of the samples. This action plan will be made together with the project team.
All the meetings shall have summary report. Actions shall clearly identify owners and due date.
Project manager shall prepare a clear PPT file with all information ready prior to the kick off meeting, including planning, drawing, KPI, budget, project board checklist and etc. The files shall be sent to all Qualipac China directors and project team to start the phase 1 to 5.
Define all tasks, quality plan and industrial plan with a project team.
在每一次递交前/后,组织和协调会议。行动计划应当基于样本的审查结果。该行动计划将与项目团队一起。
所有的会议应当有总结报告。行为应当清楚归到负责人与日期。
项目经理应为启动会议准备一个含所有信息且清晰的PPT,包括规划、绘画、KPI、预算、项目清单等等。开始阶段1-5时,将文件发送到所有Qualipac中国的总监和项目团队。
与项目团队定义所有任务、质量计划和工业项目团队。
7 Project manager shall analyze all information and action to decide all important topics to prevent any unexpected stop. Also need to define all possible backup solution with project team.
The project manager is the person to decide the topics with a clear information from project team in all phases, including quality report, samples report and result of the action.
项目经理应分析所有信息和行动来决定所有重要的话题, 以防止任何意外终止。还需要定义与项目团队所有可能的备份解决方案。

8 Project manager shall coordinate and manage all validation, including tools, fixture, machine, quality plan, training, CRB & DRB,.. with cross functional project team members.
项目经理应与跨职能的研发团队协调和管理所有验证,包括模具、夹具、机器、质量计划、培训、CRB & DRB。
9 Project will be present all moment inside the workshop when make samples, PS and first production .with project team ( MI, quality, process) Follow all samples coordinate., manage all task and DECIDE the topics to unlock and give green line ( color, dimension , function, capacity, all to reference a new project )
当做样板,PS和第一次生产时,项目会在车间里被展示。与项目团队(MI、质量、流程)一起,遵循所有样品的协调,管理所有任务并决定主题解锁,并给出绿线(颜色、尺寸、功能、容量,所有这些都是为了参考新项目)。
10 Project manager shall organize and coordinate the meetings for project transition to the production department. This transfer will be with all project team, production, quality, supply chain, and plan director.
项目经理组织协调项目向生产部过渡的会议。所有项目团队、生产部门、质量部门、供应链部门和计划主管都将参与此次转移。
11 Project manager shall orgnize project review project data and transfer CI if need.
项目经理需要在第一次生产后组织项目回顾分析会议需要时将项目转移到CI继续改善.
职位要求:
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, Industrial design or packaging.
机械工程、工业设计或包装专业本科以上学历。
Minimum 3 years working experience in plastic packaging product development. (Prefer to cosmetic industry.)
3年以上塑料包装产品开发工作经验。(化妆品行业优先)
Familiar with plastic product design, plastic mold and process. Excellent experience in R&D project management.
熟悉塑料产品设计,塑料模具及工艺流程。优秀的研发项目管理经验。
Good coordination and communication skills.
具有良好的沟通协调能力。
Familiar with Solid works.
熟练使用Solid works软件。
Good English in reading, writing, listening and speaking. (It’s better to understand French as well.)
英语读写听说良好(懂法语优先考虑)。
Handling issues carefully and patiently, actively thinking, full of innovation spirit and excellent team work skill.
