1、大专或以上学历,电子类理科专业优先,2年以上工厂现场的质量管理经验。
2、熟悉LED产品生产工艺流程、光电特性、产品工艺结构、产品质量检验标准、生产各站质量控制点;
3、能熟练运用各种质量工具(QC七大手法、5WHY等)分析解决客户投诉的质量问题、能够熟练操作质量检测和分析设备、能够组织和全面分析质量问题;
4、较强的组织能力和沟通能力。
