Legal Contracts Specialist 法律合同 • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts/documents that arise from the day to day operations of BeiGene’s commercial operations across China, including drug distribution and supply agreements, with a focus on the Company’s commercial operations in Guangzhou.
• Implement and update processes for the contract requests initiated within the China organization and contract preparation, management and filing.
• Advising on specific regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Monitor workload, anticipate peak periods of work and define and implement plans to tackle such periods.
• Collaborate with outside advisors and business teams regarding anti-counterfeit monitoring
• Identify contract training needs for clients and manage such training requirements, including, depending on the experience of the successful candidate, adapting or developing training materials.
• Provide training to internal clients on contracts and the contract process and regulatory matters with respect to pharmaceutical industry.
• Track contract and other task requests, work in progress and completed agreements, using a software-based contract lifecycle management tool.
• Work with paralegals and contracts administrators to maintain paper files and related electronic archives.
• Work closely with internal clients to understand the purpose of contract requests and to obtain any missing information.
• Coordinate within the Legal Department to report contracting activities, share best practices and support for continuous improvement of contract processes.
• When drafting or advising customers on contract related matters, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, company values, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Depending on the experience of the successful candidate, support in SOP drafting, training, materials review.
