• 通过支持和协调城市公司用户订单及商务服务政策及流程,致力提升蔚来对于用户商务服务的美誉度,并创造愉悦的生活方式;

• 熟练掌握MS Excel、MS PPT、SPSS、Tableau或其他数据分析、呈现工具。
一、工作职责:
1、接听订阅电话,负责杂志及相关文件的收寄以及登记工作,及时跟进发票收发、货物回收、出入库存档等工作;
2、统计客户资料,整理、汇总、分析与上报发行数据;
3、负责维护与主要渠道的良好关系,完善渠道服务、监控与支持,每周需外出巡查发行网点;
4、根据杂志的发行方案,拓展新的与定位相符合的网点作杂志发行展示;
5、熟练运用Excel、word、PPT等办公软件处理各种订阅数据;
6、协助发行总监完成其他项目相关工作。
二、岗位要求:
1. 中专以上学历,工作经验不限。对传媒行业有浓厚的兴趣,并有意长期发展,专心从事于此份事业。
2、工作中能吃苦耐劳,细心并有耐心;踏实认真,有责任心,有较好的心理素质。
3、精通Excel、word,熟练使用PowerPoint展示方案;
4、具有良好的亲和力和沟通技巧,有较强的执行力,善于人际交往,团队合作。

• Promote E-commerce platform business to customers.
• Develop new customers which mostly are ship owner, ship management and shipyards.
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales revenue and gross profit target.
• Build and maintain good relationship with all existing customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Make appointment with potential customer, execute visit plan and prepare the presentation for target customer.
• Generate monthly sales report, forecasts and provide recommendation.
• Coordinate with marketing team, plan and execute sales & after-sales service, marketing events and activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a strong business acumen in Lubricating business
• Strong network in maritime industry
