客户联络员CustomerContact1.客户信息跟踪SupplierInformationfollow
1)与客户联系,明确客户的所有物流需求,和客户完成物流协议和包装定义ContactwithClientfortheirentirelogisticrequirements,completethelogisticalagreementandpackagedefinitionwiththem
2)与所有供应商签物流协议并定义产品包装Builduplogisticagreementswithallsuppliers,anddefineproductpackage
2.对产品BOM进行评估EstimateproductBOM
1)与技术部门合作定义BOM及对供应商的相关要求DothecooperatingworkwithtechnicaldepartmenttodefineBOMandrequirementstosuppliers.
2)与供应商确认BOM中与物流相关的参数如:最小订单数,包装尺寸ContactwithsupplierstocompletethelogisticcontentinBOM(minorder,packagingdimension,etc.)
3.其他Others
处理部分ERP数据录入工作HandingsomedatamaintaininERP
4.附加和其它工作任务OtherandSpecificMissions
1)遵守健康安全环境规定EnsurefullrespectofHSErulesandregulations
2)直属经理交给的其他临时任务OthertemporarytaskarrangedbyLineManager
1.Excel,Word等办公软件的使用UseExcel,Word…Officersoftware
2.ERP系统的使用ERPsystemuse
3.MRP(物料生产计划)的逻辑理解MRPlogisticunderstanding
4.BOM的了解BOMunderstanding
5.包装要求,零件运输过程保护要求Packagedemand,protectiondemandduringtransportation.
6.JITWindow的使用UnderstandanduseJITWindowtoanalysiscustomerdemand
