3.负责划分客户投诉问题的责任界定,提升处理效率;

4.负责客户投诉受理流程的改进;

5.定期制作客户服务工作情况总结报告报上级审批

任职要求:

1、大专以上学历;

2、有较强的沟通能力,仔细度高,责任心强;
