篇3:成本管理专家岗位职责任职要求

成本管理专家岗位职责

工作职责:

1、快速了解公司业务流程及系统,与跨部门团队保持及时高效沟通,推进项目进度;

2、根据企业特点设计行业领先的全球(含国内和国际化业务)成本支付系统流程及固定资产管理方案;

3、根据公司业务发展及时梳理端到端财务核算流程,优化应付团队标准工作手册及流程;

4、配合产品技术团队优化系统解决方案,及时跟进系统上线和日常运营落地工作,持续优化和完善。

任职要求:

1、工作经验要求:5年以上财务核算及项目管理工作经验,具有外企或TMT财务共享中心搭建和流程优化工作经验者优先;

2、技能要求:

1)了解国际会计准则、中国会计准则,具有CPA、ACCA或同类专业资格优先;

2)具有良好的职业道德、工作态度和学习能力,高度的自我驱动和结果导向,勇于创新和接受挑战;

3)有相关项目管理经验,熟悉六西格玛管理体系;

4)对数据敏感,较强的数据分析和报告能力;

3、教育背景要求:会计、财务管理、审计等相关专业本科及以上学历;

4、语言能力要求:较强的逻辑思维及沟通能力,良好的读写能力,中英文表达流利,英语六级以上。
